Welcome to Popin! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Popin mobile app and website (“Popin” or the “Service”), operated by Popin Inc. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Popin, you agree to be bound by them.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Popin. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not permit minors to use or register on the platform under any circumstances.

All logos, trademarks, branding, and proprietary content on Popin are the property of Popin Inc. You may not use them without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Popin at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or for any reason at our discretion.

7. Safety and Moderation

Popin uses a combination of AI moderation and human review to enforce our guidelines. However, we cannot guarantee complete safety. Users are encouraged to report misconduct or suspicious behavior directly through the app or by emailing info@thepopinapp.com.

8. In-App Purchases

Popin offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Unauthorized transactions or purchases through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Popin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or success in making connections through the platform.
